Join us on Saturday, April 7th, 2018 between 4PM – 9PM for SAMBER: A Expression of Collection, an art and musical showcase being held at Green Leaf Vapour Lounge located at 85 Rosedale Ave W, Unit #1. This will be a 5 hour extravaganza, featuring local artists and musicians from the Greater Toronto Area. The night will begin with a focus on our vendors, giving patrons time to shop and mingle with the artists. Watch as artists work on their crafts, sketches and paintings while browsing their collection of fine art and artisan crafts!
Later into the evening, attendees will be delighted with a wide variety of acoustic music and spoken word performances.
If you are an artist or crafts-person who would like to rent a table to sell at our show, please fill out the form below. Table rental fees are $10.00. Artists may split a table with another artist if they’d like to participate but don’t have enough material to fit a full table. Table fees must be paid in person or by e-transfer before March 30th, 2018 in order for your table to be reserved. If sharing, both artists must fill out separate forms.
If you would like to be a live painter at this event, there are limited spots available. Peel Arts Collective reserves the right to deny the application for any live painter for any reason.
If you are an artist who would like to hang art on the wall (no larger than 16″ x 20″ and no more than two pieces) please fill out the separate form. Hanging fees are $5.00, artists must be ready to drop off and pick up their art. Absolutely no holds will be available.

This is an 19+ event.
Green Leaf Vapour Lounge is Brampton’s premier marijuana lounge, with a comfortable vibe and snacks always available. This establishment does NOT allow alcohol or tobacco. Green Leaf Vapour Lounge allows smoking marijuana indoors. All patrons, artists and performers MUST keep this in mind when attending.
We encourage all artists or crafts-person to draw, sketch or otherwise practice their craft live at their table if the type of work you create is capable of being done in a respectable, clean and organized manner. We reserve the right to ask any artist to stop the creation process if it becomes distracting, messy or otherwise looks to be damaging to property.
All artists will be responsible for manning their table for the duration of the entire event. The organizers nor Peel Arts Collective will be held responsible for any damages that may occur to your pieces during this event. If you suspect a patron of having damaged or stolen your goods, please report it to an organizer immediately so that the patron in question can be dealt with. Absolutely no damage will be caused by any artist renting the table and all tables and chairs should be returned in the same condition they were given.
Please note, there are a limited amount of tables available and we reserve the right to deny your application if we have reached full capacity. We also reserve the right to deny your application if your work is extremely offensive or otherwise inappropriate for a public venue (such as derogatory, racist or bigoted in nature). Finally, there are extremely limited number of spots for live painting and we reserve the right to deny this portion of your application for any reason. All artists who’s live painting portion of the application is denied are still welcome to sketch and draw.
Artist’s hanging art work must be ready to drop off their work at 3PM during set up time. They must be able to pick up their work at 9PM. Peel Arts Collective will not be held responsible for any pieces left behind.
